Our Secure Sign-On feature consists of three parts: an image, a phrase and challenge questions that work together to further protect your Online Banking accounts whether from your personal computer or any public computer. Alerts are also provided when user ID's, passwords or email addresses are changed or if failed log-in attempts create a lock-out.

You can obtain your checking account balance, verify whether a specific check has cleared, inquire about the current balance on your loan or next due date and amount, obtain transaction information, change your PIN, and more.
First Bank's 24-hour automated teller representative, the In-Touch Banker is completely confidential and easy to use.
Simply dial the In-Touch Banker at 428-3580, locally, (or toll-free 1-800-236-1655); provide your account number and Personal Identification Number(PIN). (The PIN is either the last four digits of the Social Security number used on the account, Tax Identification Number or the four-digit number that you set up.)
